By accessing and using the Simple Online Notary platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Simple Online Notary provides a platform that connects individuals with state-commissioned notaries public to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON). We are an online facilitator and do not provide legal advice regarding the contents of your documents.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the identity verification process. You acknowledge that attempting to bypass identity checks or utilizing fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

Simple Online Notary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to the legal acceptance or rejection of any notarized document by a receiving party.
